会议领导人达成共识：俄罗斯正在竭尽全力拖延谈判进程、延长战争，因此，必须加大对乌克兰的支持，同时加大对俄罗斯的压力。欧盟第十九轮制裁方案已正在筹划，日本也宣布，将制定新的制裁措施。

In Paris, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy took part in the meeting of the Coalition of the Willing, organized by President of France Emmanuel Macron.
Also present at the meeting were: President of Finland Alexander Stubb, Prime Minister of Belgium Bart De Wever, Prime Minister of Denmark Mette Frederiksen, Prime Minister of the Netherlands Dick Schoof, Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk, President of the European Council António Costa, President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, and Special Envoy of the President of the United States Steve Witkoff.
The participants coordinated their positions and discussed the components of security guarantees. The partners noted the work carried out by the commanders-in-chief of the armies and the military on the practical framework. The leaders agreed that the time has come to move to the political framework.
The parties also emphasized that the main security guarantee is a strong Ukrainian army.
Special attention was paid to the contribution that each of the 35 countries is ready to make to ensure Ukraine’s security on land, at sea, in the air, and in cyberspace. Steve Witkoff assured that the United States will also provide support on its part.
The leaders share a common understanding: Russia is doing everything possible to drag out the negotiation process and prolong the war, so support for Ukraine must be increased and pressure on Russia must be intensified. The preparation of the 19th package of EU sanctions is underway. Japan also announced the development of additional sanction measures.
