Washington has authorized specific instances where Ukraine can carry out long-range strikes within the enemy land, U.S. Special Envoy to Ukraine Keith Kellogg said on Sept. 28 in an interview with Fox News.
美国驻乌克兰特使基思·凯洛格（Keith Kellogg）9月 28日在接受福克斯新闻采访时表示，华盛顿已授权乌克兰在特定情况下对敌人境内发动远程打击。

"The answer is yes, use the ability to hit deep, there are no such things as sanctuaries," Kellogg replied when asked if it is U.S. President Donald Trump's position that Ukraine can conduct long-range strikes.
